Evaluation of Phytochemical, Total phenolic and Antioxidant Activity of Carica Papaya Seed for Its Use in Biosynthesis of Gold Nanoparticles

چکیده

Synthesis of nanoparticles using green methods with study their propertie is one great researchers’ concerns in fields pharmaceutical and biomedical products. The present paper aiming to use an eco-friendly route used for biosynthesis gold (AuNPs) C. Papaya seeds as both reducing stabilizing agent. Study seed contents showed many compounds which analyzed via qualitative, quantitative GC-MS analysis. influence concentration, contact time temperature on the reaction rate shape AuNPs are confirmed biosynthesized NPs characterize UV-Vis, AFM SEM. SEM analysis exhibit a size between 40-105nm average diameter 75.68nm, spherical structure. antioxidant activity free radical scavenge studied by TLC DPPH results show that have potent activity; moreover, total phenolic characterized. data extract was good bio-reductant way can be applied promising field different bio-applications.
